Ok, so I know Easter is over, but I thought it would be fun to look at some of the Easter parties we've had! Grandma Farns always liked to get 1 dozen eggs for each of the grand kids to color and decorate, followed by Easter egg hunts and always a family dinner!
Some years there would be special eggs, or Easter baskets filled with treats and usually Easter socks for everyone.
When the bigger cousins got a little older then sometimes Grandma would let them hide the eggs for the younger cousins - and sometimes I think the older cousins "relocated" some of the hidden ones, just because they could. ;)
Lanie said that one of her favorite memories was doing an egg hunt and finding a rotten egg from a year or two before.
Audrey liked the time that her and Lily found the golden eggs and won tattoos that they put all over their stomachs - which was lots of fun until Angi made them take them off!
And McKinley liked the year that Grandma and Angi were making all the egg dye but Ethan didn't know that's what it was and said he wanted the blue one so they handed the cup to him and he took a sip, put it down, and let out a breath as if he were nice and refreshed!
